When I insert the bootable disk the system shows all partition and all data of hard disk drive. And when I insert the window CD it shows that there is no enough space in your hard disk and shows only 8 MB space in hard disk.
This is because your current install is using all the Hard Disk space - it will be the other partitian on display at this point to get the space back you will have to delete the partitian the format it.
WARNING: Deleting the partitian will make you lose ALL the data currently on the Hard Drive
