Can't seem to get my @ key too work!? Or any other secondary symbol for that matter!! I am pressing the function key but with no success!? on my Eee PC 900A Pls help!!

I have a Asus 7m, it is earlier till now a big problem with the laptop's keyboard. I cann't intouching in some letters such as e,l,t etc and with problem for the function touch-screen such as touch(es) 1 till 0, [ till, ;,',<,>,?/ etc..
How i can looking into this solution?. Where is the Asus-dealer in Jakarta?.
