Upon any restart and when the desktop shows, the system 32 folder comes up ALWAYS! I want to hide it so it doesn't show up. in win 98 you could edit the autoexec bat file so it says echo off. can't do that with xp.
Download and run this excellent free registry cleaner called ccleaner and check for windows problem solving issues, this should sort it out, as it is a corrupt installation file that causes the system 32 folder to open on startup.
