Philips HDTV error code

I have a Philips flat screen HDTV, model 42PF9431D/37. It shut off by itself and now I only get a red blinking light that flashes 7 times. Does anyone know what this error code is or where i can get a list of the diagnostic codes?

I have seen 2 things the SSB and power board. Both are near 200 dollars. How would you know which is bad? I checked all fuses and they check out okay.
