Button Programming Hello, When trying to access an outgoing line, the screen displays the message "dead" on my M7234 Phone. Is there a way to reprogram the phone or the button? The standard feature *1, *2 and *3 are of no use. Thank you in advance for your help!
It sounds like your service technician changed the Line Name to "dead" to let you & he know that line port was not working. Please check with your service company for further clarification.
