Printer problem

Question

We have a TLP 2742 - working fine on our old Dell system running Windows 2000. We upgraded to a new Dell system running XP and I had to download print drivers from Seagull Scientific. Computer recognizes the printer but I can't choose the proper type of labels to print on. The only paper type I can choose from is label sheets, not tag print for hanging tags or jewelry tags. HELP!

It is recommended that you take care of it better and make sure you are using the right tags for it. Have you check the owners manual? Great place to start! Zebra Labels

I called CAM Commerce Solutions, the retail POS software we use, and they were able to fix my problem.  I was missing another component of the print program that only CAM Commerce has.
