I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Ultima 1200 washer/dryer machine. It is showing a "E30 see manual" error code ,it will spin but stops with water still in it. Please help.
Error E30 is a motor drive problem. Would check motor brushes as most likely fault.

Have same problem. Machine tripped main electric, now comes up E30 - motor error. As I understand it, the fuse on the power module has probably blown. I can't find this fuse - where is it? This seems like first port of call before / as well as changing brushes. Changing the brushes without replacing this fuse - if the machine has a fuse - makes little sense. The main circuit board seems ok, and the motor - no obvious signs of burning out, and as with the other comment, the spin works tho not the motor. Any tips on the fuse situation appreciated, I reckon I could change the brushes ok.
