That is the way Acrobat communicates with the scanner in terms of your ... but I need the user to print only the fields onto an original form.
You can get one straight from Nikon's website. They call it a 'user's manual' rather than an 'owner's manual' which could be why you didn't find it. Anyway go here, and choose your printable version (as an owner) or a non-printable one.
There would be link saying "Download the complete user guide (2940 Kb)", you have to click on that link and it will ask you to save it, then open it up and print it.
