Printer setup How do I setup this hand-me-down IBM 4247 Model V03 printer to print on 8 1/2 x 11, 2-part carbonless tractor fed paper for our landscape print delivery tickets. I got it to print a Windows test page with paper aligned to the left, but when we went to print our delivery tickets it wants to print on the right. When I adjusted the tractor feed to the right for printing, I keep getting a load forms message even though the paper is loaded. Pushing start only advances another page and then the message 001 load forms comes back.

Continuous forms paper fed through the front of the printer also uses either the Front Push, Rear Pull, or Push-Pull tractor configurations. Make sure this is set correctly or it will reverse your margins.

It could also be your software. When you print through windows it's using the Microsoft system font controller, but your software could be setting font, margins, and alignment by the settings in the printer not in the driver. So if the first doesn't work, set your system back to align left then go into the printer configuration menu on the device and adjust the margins there.
