I had a paper jam and after removing the jammed paper the printer now always has warped paper come out the end. Some sheets come out OK but most are quite wavey/warped so much so that they are not suitable to use for a formal document/letter. I tried using fresh paper but no different. Because the printer will not operate when you lift up any flaps to check the rollers, I do not know if a roller is not working but that is what it appears like, as if the paper is being pushed rather than pulled through the machine ing out a bit crunched up. There are no different noises that I can hear, just bent-up paper on exit.
It sounds to me like there is still a small bit of paper or something stuck in the printer causing the concertina effect on the paper. If you cant do it yourself, then you need someone to take the printer apart to clear any debris
