First - check the connector to the toner hopper. It isn't uncommon for a technician to
leave this disconnected when servicing the copier.
Confirm that the toner and hopper sensors are being wiped completely.
Check the Gear Train on the hopper assy it may be locked up.
or A possible bad hopper unit cable.
