You will need to have a good tech check the set out. There is no way to know what part/s have failed. Parts that fail are the Y-Main bd, Power Supply, X-Main bd, Y-Upper Scan bd and Buffer bds. Last is the Panel has shorted, causing a cascading component failure. Very expensive if that happens.
First try using Component cables instead of the HDMI cables and see if that fixes the problem. If it does then you have a bad HDMI cable. If it does not then you might have a bad Y-Main bd or X-Main bd or a Main bd. It can also be bad buffer bds. Have a trained Samsung tech look into the problem.
First the main bd controls the "Turn on" sequences". When you press the Power on button the Main bd sends a "Turn on" signal to the Power supply. The clicking you hear is the Power on relay ativating. If the tv does not turn on and the relay keeps clicking then you might have a bad Main bd or there is s shorted board somewhere else in the set. The Power supply can also be bad. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set.
Multiple causes here. The Main bd controls the Power supply. The Main bd receives the "Power on " signal from the IR sensor and the Power Button the tv. Seems that the Main bd is not sending the Power on signal to the Power supply. So the first place to start is with the Main bd. Second being the Power supply. have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set.
There are a number of causes. First, The Main Power Supply is bad. Second the the X-Main bd or the Y-Main bds are bad. Third, the Main bd is bad. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the problem.
There can be any one of the following failed parts. The FET'S on the Y-main bd have exploded and may have taken out the Main Power supply as well. The Y-Main Upper Y-Scan bd may have some blown up IC Flat pacs which will cause a chain reaction taking out the Y-Main bd and the Main power Supply. The X-Main bd could also have failed. It is best to have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set to find the bad parts and repair the set.

replace if necessary.
Replace the LSU.
Replace the main PCB and check for
correct operation.
This problem sounds like a failed control pwb. This is somewhat difficult to replace and the the back must be removed, and the control bd is located underneath the main digital bd. assy. The main bd is the bd with all the inputs.
