Problem with my washer

We are getting the F71 code what does that mean ?

    my duet model is wfw9400sw00 but i'm getting the same error every now and then. f71 not listed as an error in manuel. seems alot of people have this but no one knows how to correct short of replacing board.

I have a GHW9100LW1 model washer and discoverd that if you remove the front bottom cover three screws there was a tech sheet mounted on the right hand side in plastic this sheet has all the error code explanations maybe that yours has a copy in it also.

If you get similar problems in the future, and machine gets stuck in error mode with clothes inside, empty water from tub disconnecting the drain filter, located behind a panel in front lower side of appliance. After emptying water the door will normally get opened.

Error code F71 f71 error code comes up. What does it mean? I'm not sure when it happens during cycle.
It seems the only solution any one has is to pull the plug. If this doesn't solve problem replace board. Seems to me if so many people have this same problem with fairly new washers its a design flaw and should be addressed by whirlpool. $600 for a new board seems outrageous for a new washer.
