Trying to re-record our companies message ("Hello you have reached xyz company, to reach Bob press 1, to reach Sue press 2' ...etc") I re record the message and when it comes time to enable the message I get and error message "incomplete tree" when trying to save and turn on new message - It also stated that the Tree is disabled. I don't know what I hit or if I did anything to cause the CCR Tree to be disabled on the main menu - How to I fix and get the tree up and running again????
Incomplete tree means that one of the selections has not been programmed with what to do. A tree has to be disabled to make changes in the tables. Once changes have been made you can enable it again in the tables that use it.
