I have used a pro stick for about a month with no problems. Then MSVCP71.dll file went missing. Download from pinnacle a 64 bit app. Now can't uninstall old program, all I get is a notification that 64 bit apps are not supported. Please help. Mike
Go to the program file folder and delete the folder then go to add/remove and then remove, it will see that the folder and uninstall.exe is missing and will remove it, then you will be able to reinstall
