Icemaker We turned off ice maker to leave on vacation. When ice maker was turned back on it would not make ice.
I don't think water is going to ice maker. Tubing doesn't seem to be frozen.
The water on door is working and if water put in by hand ice will form.
Check the power conection to the ice maker. If that's ok, then I would think the solenoid that controls the water flow has gone bad. Unfortunately, you will likely have to replace the whole ice maker, I don't think they are reparable.
