ram problem

i am using via 1000 mhz. processor with 128 mb of ram. but system shows only 96.0 mb of ram can i increase the usage size of my ram to its total capacity?

someone told me that it can be increased through certain changes in BIOS.

farookh,  Chances are the 32MB difference is for video memory.  You may be able to reduce the video memory in settings and give it back to the system.  But you should check to see if it does it automatically.
