SOURCE: about users in windows 7

Hai,

I request you to power off you computer and restart the computer and keep on tapping F8 key, this will take you to the Advanced boot options, please select safe mode and enter, once you enter into safe mode you could make new user accounts in windows 7.

Else refer this weblink given below.

SOURCE: I am loading up a new Dell computer with Windows 7

Is the disk-drive from the old computer attached as a "slave" disk-drive on the new computer?
If so, then the "upgrade" utility should find the "qualifying" files, and allow the "upgrade" to proceed.

Is Office 95 listed as a "qualifying" product for the Office 2007 upgrade?
If so, then insert the CD-ROM for Office 95 when running the Office 2007 installer.
Or, insert the CD-ROM for the Office 2000/XP/2003 upgrade when requested.

SOURCE: I have Microsoft Office 2010

couple of things to try:
1. try to start your windows in safe mode and attempt to uninstall from there. 2. use the following info to attempt to uninstallation as per ms recommendation. 3. there was a nice little tool from ms called the Windows Installer Cleanup utility but was discontinued, I have used that tool to uninstall some programs on xp that I was having problems uninstalling and worked perfectly when other uninstallers failed. you can try to google it and use it as there are some sites that may still host the file for download although, keep in mind that the solution 2 is what ms is currently recommending so it may not work in vista if you get it.
hope this helps!
