No there is no problem in your labtop or your labtop battery.
The life or the time of battery back up depends to what you work in your labtop.
So if you listen to music or watch videos the time of battery backup will be short because listening
to music or watching some videos uses much power to supply the devices of multimedia like the
labtop speakers and the hard drive motor ,in addition to the labtop FAN
All those devices needs more power to run .
But if you dont work in your labtop on any of these are membered and just surf the net or work
in other places the battery backup time will be longer.
friends ... i discovered a way that you can power on the dell studio 1535 easily ...
first of all you know the power button .. it's now working ( or stuck ) in the other side of the labtop, there's a wifi button, when the labtop is already shutten down, you can press it and it will give a light then shuts down the light in the button, that means that it gives power, now to complete the process you should know the touch button in the left side that means Dell MediaDirect ( touch control button of the dell studio ) ..
ok, Now, do exactly what i'm telling you :)
1- when the computer is shutten down, plz press the wifi detector button one press 2- it will give a light then shuts then gives light again for a longer time. 3- when giving the first light for a short time, do not wait, press the media touch button quickly, continuesly and separetly. it it doesn't work ... try it for many times tell you know when exactly to press the media touch button
then you'll see that the labtop starts as if it was in sleep :) thanks :)
1 disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery from the laptop
2. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. replace the battery and connect the ac adapter to the laptop
4. turn On the notebook and check.
If the issue persists, restart the notebook and press F10 to check if you see the BIOS screen. If you cannot see the BIOS screen then the issue could be hardware issue and your laptop needs to be repaired
Is this laptop brand new? If it is new then it is still under warranty. I suggest you return it for repair or exchange because if you try to fix it you most likely void your warranty.
If it hasn't any warranty then let me know and I will advise what to do.
firstly , i just want to let you know that it is a laptop not a labtop. But anyway In windows you cannot make a restart from the keyboard. When this happenes, just hold down the power button untill it shuts off (about 10-15 seconds)
YOu have should be a button on your labtop that is for a display. Usally use the combinations of CTRL and that button to bring up the options for your labtop to display on your TV also you can try seeing if there is a setting in your display in the control panel.
