Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows Vista :
Beforeupgrading your OS from Windows XP to Windows Vista, delete / uninstallall the Windows XP software first; then, upgrade the OS to WindowsVista and install Vista software.
If you have already upgraded your computer's OS to Windows Vista :
Delete / uninstall Windows XP software before installing Windows Vista software.

stoped printing out my ststements its all garbled up worked for a while now prints out funkey stuff.one line will print the other is a thin line.all scrued up.
