Your RAM memory modules are failing the power on self test. That is what two beeps or signal alerts means.

You may have these inserted your memory sticks in the wrong slots.

Often slots are color coded. Insert them in two of the same color. Try again. If no success, switch to another set of slots in another color.

If that too fails, insert only one memory stick at a time into bank 1 labeled DIMM 0. This is binary and the numbers start with 0, not 1.

Insert a single stick in bank 0, one at a time until the PC boots.

If it boots on each stick by itself but not together, then you have a bad chip on one of the memory sticks.

Most memory sticks have a decent warranty but there are exceptions.

You may also have a stick that is not seated correctly. The method is to push the stick into the slot evenly with two thumbs each on the ends of the memory stick until the locking tab seats on its own accord. You should not have to force the locking tab into position.

When you put the RAM back into the computer did you return them to their original bank? Dual Channel DDR RAM is particular about being in shared bank with the other RAM module; that's why the color code the RAM Sockets in some motherboard designs so you don't them mixed up. Moreover, is the CPU fan spinning for the short time it is powered up?
