Hi, i also have a speaker problem (Acer laptop 5610 series). After changing some settings of the speakers in the control panel, they have an echoed tinny effect. I reverted to the default settings, which did nothing. They did start to work properly for a while a week after it started, but started again when I opened Media Player (it isn't MP settings). Can someone please help? It would be most appreciated, I've only had the my computer for a month.
Open the laptop and then shut it down i think it will solve ur problem
The problem is from an effect manager. my cousin mucked around with it a while ago and put it on "sewer effect" and didnt change it back. discovered this only a week ago, i think i'll stangle him. thank-you for you're help sandrew and griffithsks. my mic was muted when i checked so i was frantic on finding out what was wrong. i've had a few issues with the net so i apolagise for responding so late.
I have also had an acer aspire notebook for about a month too. I have had several problems including sound ones and have contacted the acer helpdesk. I have had excellent help and service each time from them and problems have been solved quickly and easily. Tel:- 08708 531000
