Can't cancel documents in the queue

I want to cancel a printing document and I click on cancel on that document and it says it's deleting but it never does. When I want to print another job, the first document (the one that didn't print and was cancelled still shows it's deleting) and the new job is listed but won't print. It's like I'm stuck in the queue in limbo. Even if I shut the printer off and restart the computer it's still there!

I did get it to cancel the 2nd document in the queue but the first one doesn't cancel. It still shows the Status as deleting and won't print that job or any that come after; in other words, I've just lost the printer! I've tried cancelling the first job on and offline but nothing works.

I have the same problem. Tried turning off the printer and selecting "cancel all", but the document is still deleting.
