Align my computer screen to fit my screen?

I think you are saying that what is displayed on your screen is not aligned and you can't see everything.

Try adjusting your screen resolution. Click Start/Control Panel and look for Display or Appearance and Personalization to click on. You might can just Right Click on a blank area on the display screen and select Properties. Once you get the Display Properties to open select the Settings or Resolution tab. Adjust the screen Resolution by sliding the bar over to the right. The higher the resolution, the smaller the icons, thereby the more will fit on the screen.
