This a bad design in PROM, EPROM software, you must call to the factory a explain this problem.
However you can RUN the software calibration for easy diagnose, troubleshooting.

You must explain them, such as you did with the error, The PROM, EPROM, was corrupt, there are NOT anything we can do for fit it.
However if you wan to RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, do it.

My bowflex treadclimber tc 20 is putting out error codes H03,H13,H24 whats wrong
I have the exact problem. My machine is 3 days old. I am also getting this H03, H13, H24 error. I called the 1-800 number for the Treadclimber TC20 and they informed me that a handful of machines were sent out with a bad control board. I am waiting for a replacement board.
