Lime wire just download the game you want in iso format then burn with nero or another image burning software.....xbox must be either soft or hard modded in order to play the disk once burned...

You must ensure you have sufficient disk space for the games to download. You can delete some unused DLC from your hard drive to clear space. No worries ... you can simply re-download them for free later if you need to from your account history.

The first thing you need to know is that Windows 8 and XBOX 360 console have a different set of games.

So a game that exists on XBOX 360 might not exist in Windows 8 and vice versa.

In order to download xbox games for Windows 8, all you have to do is to go to the windows store by typing store and pressing enter while at the windows 8 home screen (you should see the live tiles), or by clicking on the green tile that says store.

There are also some XBOX console applications you can download such as xbox 360 smartglass which converts your laptop/tablet to an XBOX controller.

How to play xbox games on a new xbox360 slim 4gb
I am assuming you are referring to playing original Xbox games on your new 360. Halo was the only game from the box that you can play directly without needing to download the patch to play but supposed newer systems have the capability to play more directly out of the box.

Other backwards compatable games can be played but you will need a samll patch for each game. The game if playable will automatically attepmt to download the patch from xbox live. So you will need to have your Xbox 360 conected to live or have a patch disk. (which is available via the Xbox Magazine disk or can be downloaded online and burned to a disk)

Only certain original xbox games are backwards compatible on the Xbox360. To see a list of which games those are you can go to www.xbox.com and search for games that are backward compatible for the 360. You may have to download something onto your xbox360 to play the old games.

Our Son-In-Law gave my husband a lot of games for XBox and all the instructions on how to play the games were gone. Can you get them on line someplace, that we can download?

My son saved money and bought a Xbox 360 Arcade. He did not realize that he could not play his xbox games on his new system. Is there an upgrade to allow old xbox games to be played on on the xbox 360
Some game are compatible with the new xbox 360. They are called backwards compatible and you do need to flash upgrade the OS on the new xbox 360 system.

You need to go to the xbox website and go to support and download the flash update then burn it to disk and put it on the xbox to update the software. Again not all old games are compatible with the new xbox system. If your buying used games like I do make sure it says bc next to the title before buying them.

Is it hooked up to the internet? You'll have to download the most recent dashboard update automatically or you can download it from xbox.com and burn it to a CD or DVD.

Download xbox games
There is no such thing as a working XBox 360 emulator. X360's graphics are far too intense.

Some games, however, have a PC equivalent. For example, Call of Duty - Modern Warfare is for both PC and for XBox 360, and for all intensive purposes, it is the same game.

You can torrent games, but you'll have more success if you go out and buy them ;)
