SOURCE: Memory Stick Pro Duo 8GB on PsP

Two possibilities.
1. The firmware on your PSP is too old to recognise the 8GB (only recognises up to 4GB).
2. If firmware is up to date you have a fake memory stick (easy way to check is to check the info for the memory stick on your PSP if its says that MAGIC GATE is unknown rather than supported then it is fake.

The fake ones typically double compress the data so that it appears to have 8GB when in reality it does not.

SOURCE: i cannot formate my sony 1gb memory stick pro duo when i

Windows formatting tools are not good enough to format Sony memorysticks.
You need to use special formatting tool
Download that from here:

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=MSACUS40&upd_id=2860&os_id=7

If this will not be able to format your memorystick - call sony support and report that repair of memorystick is necessary. It is a hardware fault with memorystick and it needs to be repaired or replaced.

SOURCE: my memory card shows me the folders as .exe files, also i cant access to them, how can i solve this problem?

The file system has become corrupt and unreadable, or at least a section of it. If you can't reformat it then it's likely dying or dead. At least you should be able to recover some of your data however...

SOURCE: problem in formatting corrupt memory stick

Sorry to hear that but I reckon it ceased for good, at times their not 100% reliable but you can try using an adaptor with it via your PC to see if you can retrieve all your data’s but the chance is slim from experience, you might be looking to get a new one, if you did buy new one try backup it up from time to time via your PC or alternative storage so you can retrieve your data’s when your memory card come to a halt
