I just asked Dell today for the Resource CD and they don't make it anynore because they don't make Dell Dimensions 8250 anymore. I replaced my hard drive, I do not have the dell disc, installed new xp, now no network drivers or sound drivers. I called dell and they no longer have the disc's. Or You can install all over again using a regular Win CD
(and download the drivers for the devices that windows does not support)
