Drivers havnt been on my computer much windows does not have geniune windows vista home basic support for updates it says my files were changed to support windows nt after i messed my computer up trying toget my computer fixed restored it over and over Im thinking complete restore dont know

if you can load into your current installation search for a program on your c:\ called D2D.exe it should be located within c:\Acer\ this will start a program if you click the top option it restores the factory settings.

Hi Acer supply the restoration files in a hidden partition on your hard drive. If it is the same as mine try this. Start the pc, then while the Acer logo is showing, press ALT & F10 at the same time. Then just follow the instructions. Bear in mind that this will format your C drive so you should do a backup of any important data first. Hope this helps.

press ALT key and keep tapping F10 key as soon as you switch on the laptop.. keep tapping till you get to the screen where it says acer system restore

it seems u have done every try.So now i recommend u too backup ur necessary files and install a fresh copy of windows via cd.
I recommend u to use xp or windows 7.
