Have windows 7 microphone works back jack but doesnt work on front jack is there a driver fix this and if so do have link to it?
Sounds like the jack on the front of your device is not working properly. Do other headsets work in that jack or no?

Windows isn't directing sound to the headset plug. This can be changed under control panel sound.
Sometimes it will asign itself if you turn on the computer with the headset already plugged in.
Also check the settings under all programs --- accessories -- entertainment -- volume control
and make sure the volume isnt too low or muted for the device.
