What i have is siera wireless USB aircard from AT&T model number printed on device is USBConnect 881 i was was not able to find this model on product list my problem is the devise is locked and i dont know how to unlock ATT&T tech support is no help

you're having problem with the driver ... delete the old driver of usbconnect 881 from your pc then install it again .. try to have the newest driver available on internet and your problem will be solved

The next problem is to find the software
There are unsupported linux drivers on the sierra site and I found Mac Drivers but did not find windows dirivers
