Can't clear error code. Copier won't reset or anything.
Second Draw lift open the second draw remove the paper from behind the draw, ALSO REMOVE THE PAPER BEING STORED ON LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE DRAW. IT IS NOT A STORAGE AREA!!!!!!! It is available for 11xx17 paper. Storage is for the storage draw!!!!!!, IF not these two items you have a bad motor for the second draw or worse case a bad control board!!!!$$$$$$

The error code you are getting is a paper tray lift problem. Open all the paper trays and make sure that you have the correct size paper in each paper tray. Also, make sure the paper guides are tight againest the paper in the trays. Turn the copier OFF then back ON... Wait for the copier to come to ready and one tray at a time reinstall each tray at a time.... The one that cause's the error code to show up is the paper tray with the problem. Once you know what tray is the problem, remove the tray and look inside the copier for a wade of paper jammed behind the tray... If not you may have a bigger problem, then we can help with... Sorry it took so long but I found it.
C0910 indicates that the 2nd drawer on your copier isn't lifting. Open the drawer and see if there is any jammed paper in there.
