The problem with my nikon coolpix is every time i want to take a picture or view the ones i have taken it says, "memmory card is write protected"

remove sd card
locatre secure tab on edge of card
slide tab the other way
insert memory card
take pictures
the little secure tab is easy to inadvertently slide
