Help with server boot problems flashing orange lights etc

I am learning about servers at a new job please help.
I reinstalled fresh copy server 03 friday server ran fine all weekend monday was installing dns server was fine had to power down to move server to floor about 2 feet from top of work station (did not drop it). when we restarted it rear large light goes red to blue to flashing orange (previously light went red to blue stayed solid blue) & we got continus beeps (not like ram or video & no pattern that dell shows on there site) just steady beeep beeep beeep. so i reseated every card still beeped. removed all scsi cards it stopped. put cards back 1 at time till found which one caused beeping. now will not boot past cntrl + m message and light still flashing orange. please help I have 10+ years it exp with private & personal users 0 with servers

    raid 5 6 drives is what was set up before

Seems the RAID is broken. You may see which drive (hot swappable?) it showing an error code with its lights in front. If not, I would suggest re-seated all drives.
If you see one that is not right, remove it all the way, while it is on, then push it back in, it should try to rebuild the raid on the drive, if it still fails, you will need to replace the drive.

Not sure what RAID you are using or how many drives, so feel free to explain more.
