For replacing the screen, you would probably be better off just buying a new camera. Kodak probably won't be very cheap but it never hurts to call and ask. I know some electronics retailers also fix stuff like that so I would maybe ask about it there too. But you can get a good 8mp camera for under $200 and a decent 7.2mp for a bit over $100, so a new one might be the best choice.
To be honest, it would probably be easier and cheaper to buy a new camera rather than replace the screen. If you replace the screen yourself, then it may be cheaper but not much and the time you put into it may not be worth it. Kodak will not be able to replace it for less than the cost of a new camera, the same camera can be bought for under $100 at kodak and cheaper elsewhere which is the route which I would go.
