Error Code:380 the printer is saying open side cover error code 380 but I have looked in the side taken out the paper tray and looked in there and also taken out the colour cartridges and fuser cartridge out but to no avail. Not sure what to try next.

Try to force a sheet into the feeder in order to clean and possible remove any piece of sheet. I had the same problem error 380: paper jam in oki 5300, but this time it said to open the front cover...

OKI's advice is as follows- Check to see if there is any paper jammed in the tray, if not then examine the tray for damage, if not then replace the tray. I'm not convinced that this advice is enough. Does the error occur at power on or when you try to print?
