I have purchased a Compaq Presario Laptop C700 in the month of June 2007.
We ar facing the problem. the problem is that when we are going to work with Laptop and we click on the folder or file than a windows appear and it ask for delete the folder and files.
I have formatted the Hard Disk. but the problem has not solved.; What is the problem wisth the Laptop

I have scaned with latest anti virus but the problem was remain same, after that I have formatted the Hard Disk and saw that for some time the problem was solved . But after 1 hr. , we faced the same problem.
Please solve the problem, what would be the best solution. OR please give me the details of Compaq Presario service center in Jamshedpur City.
