Confirmation We need a confirmation sheet only on each sent fax, but our confirmation is printed as a T.30 trace, and it includes pages of codings (which we don't want). How do I get confirmation notification only?

By default, a Fax Confirmation report (Fax Call Report) will only print when a fax error occurs. However, this option can be changed using the printer control panel.

Press the right arrow until Reports appears in the display, press the checkmark.
Press the right arrow until Fax Call Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
Press the right arrow until Print Report appears in the display, press the checkmark.
Right arrow to the option of choice, press the checkmark to save the change.

FAX call report options

Send Fax Only - a confirmation sheet will only print when a fax is sent
Never - no fax confirmation sheets
Every Error - default setting
Send Error - a fax confirmation prints when the fax transmission encounters an error
Every Fax - a fax confirmation sheet will print for incoming and outgoing faxes
