I don't work in a lab anymore but when I did (in XP/2000 days) this apparently is the equivalent of the 'NTLDR not found' error, which was always bad... you would have to go in through recovery console to repair it. Evidently the BOOTMGR is the new NTLDR, so your going to have to repair the OS. Check out these links I found, and good luck!
