The "dL" error code means that the door/lid can't lock. Check to make sure nothing is stopping the lid from closing and locking. If everything looks ok, then you either have a bad door lock or a bad control board.

Door is locked dL error code
DL error code means the door is locked. The door lock mechanism may need to be replaced. I would not recommend attempting this on your own I suggest you call a service tech.

I am getting an DL F code on my front loader
"dL" indicates Door Lock Failure: dL flashes if the following conditions occur:
Door lid is not closed completely due to interference.
Wash media buildup is preventing the lock bolt from extending.
Machine/motor control detects open door lid switch when attempting to lock.
Machine/motor control cannot determine if door lock is in a locked state.
Check for lock interference with lid or lock bezel
