HELP Hi There: I get 3 short beeps when I press the 'Power' button. Power does notcome on (it's plugged in and there's power to the recepticle). The onlyother button that works is the 'Controls Lock/Unlock' which turns redwhen held for 3 seconds. I followed you direction and open the pump and noticed a small sock was there I removed and even open actual pump and screw them back it started for a second and notice there is leak from the pump stopped and screw them tighter and again does the above 2 short beeps. Do you think I should remove the black tube and white tube to the pump and out for further inspection? What I am missing? PLZ help. Regards,

Thank you very much for the tip I tired it the pump turns freely but it is not starting still gets the 3 beeps and not lights on the displays. I noticed if I keep it plugged for to power the next day it has F70 or F71 error message but if I unplug again and plug it back it disappears and again 3 beeps and nothing else.

I bought it from The brick Store.

    Thanks,

After the beeps do you hear a buzzing noise (place your hand on the pum,p to see if it is the pump trying to turn). If so unplug the machine and try opening the pump up again with something to catch the water. Once it is open, reach around to the hole on the right. Just in side that hole there is a "paddle wheel". Make sure it can turn freely. If not, you make have some sort of forign debris trapping it and keeping it from turning. If the pump is not continuing to try and turn, it sounds like you have a control board problem. If that's the case, I would call Sears and ask for thier "service smart" program. Basically you pay one flat fee for the repair and get a year warranty (weather you bought it there or not) and The board alone will run more than the fee they charge you (not to mention pay for the labor too).
