Hi , I've got error code 5100 on my mp460 and can't clear ir - counds like paper might be jammed but don't know how to open printer to clear jam - ave'nt got anyy mauals for this - can u help pls?
Lift up below the display screen.The printer top will raise up and a arm will lock into place.Make sure the ink cartriages are firmly in place,snaped into position,sitting flat.Lift arm out of the way and close the lid.Worked for me ,good luck.
