I would recommend that you format the device and then reload all the
songs you have in there...It sounds like there is a corruption on your
databass..Since you said when you add or remove songs the space remains
the same...I would say formatting would be your best friend rirght now..

when i try to listen to an album that i downloaded on my sandisk mp3 player, it gives me a message that reads synchronize to continue your music subscription or plays the song for about a minute then turns off. any suggestions?
