Shen i plug it in my computer it works but when i wanna listen to it i unplug it an turn the mp3 on nothing happens to it the led light does not even start flashing can u help me thxx in advance
Mine , just don't want to start up anyway ! Screen says maps and comput....but I cannot read the rest of the screen due to image size that seems to be too large for the screen !!!!I use to fix computers anf few years ago I had to fix a Canon professional video cam . It had poor quality condensors on main board. As I check the board on the Nextar , I just recognize those poor quality condensors . So I will try replacing all the 50 small condensors by more quality electrolytics or tentalium if possible.The bad part is that the circuit manual is unable to find ! This GPS were made in China ... have any idea where to find it. Also ,Nextar doesn't seem to hold the update for those !!!
That may be a battery problem
First try holding down the menu button for a few seconds. Second try the reset button- you do lose your saved information doing this.

It sounds like a dirty connection,plug in the earphones in and out a few times, a little drop of contact cleaner works too,not too much just a tiny bit. Good luck
