There is heater problem and voltage also ....reset ur printer...(press @ (add. star) then # (hash) go to printer using arrow then press okselect reset using arrow press okif problem continue ...open the left cover and remove the heater out...replace the thermister or complete heater

C-E004 is an "event error". It's probably just an electronic glitch. I would make sure DIMMs are seated properly and firmware is up to date. Worst case you got a bad MFPB or bad DIMM.

concern Error E004 can you please tell me the control Box model? generally E004 means:
1-Synchronizer lower position sensor failure ( SC-500 / SC-510 )
cause :
======
• When position detection signal is not input from the sewing machine head synchronizer.
• When the synchronizer has broken.
points check:
==========
• Check the synchronizer connector (CN33) for
loose connection and disconnection.
• Check whether the synchronizer cord has broken
since the cord is caught in the machine head.
otherwise make sure first connection for synchronizer connected securely.

E004
A E004 deals with the fuser unit. Have you looked at the Thermister or the thermal fuse or the fixing lamps? I would say that most likely you have a blown or shorted thermister. One of the wires may have come off the pcb.. I you want to see the error code, I believe it is under *6* counters... *4* is for resetting the code
