There is an lance home position sensor problem... open the platen glass, then open the lance cover (black Metal).. then turn on the machine and check the lance is moving forward and back to center.... if not clean the lance home position sensor or replace that.....
Dear sir, i have canon6335 machine, some time paper full balck and some time half or one inch thick black line and under the blackness printing is ok
