I see, for now I want you to clean up the system by using this tool called TDSSKiller . download it.. umm i think you wont be able to get it, if so then try this link . download it then run and scan the system and follow any instructions by that tool. on the end of that process and might be after restart. try to open any web site such as www.avast .com if that opened then everything is fine, then get avast or avira.. let me know what happen if that tool didn't fix any thing. Thanks

Where can i get software and drivers for my microsoft broadband networking wirelsee usb2.0 802.lg Wi-Fi model MN710

The software is old and can be downloaded from Microsofts website directly at this link: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=33104 As for the drivers, you may need to click here to download them: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=6790 If Windows automatically installed drivers already then you don't need to download that; just use the software at the link at the top. I hope this helps! Let me know.

I don't have my installation CD

Go to this Microsoft website:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;814445

...and read the instructions on this page. You will find a link on this page where you can download MS installation software.

"If you lose your Microsoft Broadband Networking CD and you have to install the software on a new computer, download the contents of the installation CD. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:" http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=33104 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=33104)

(The first link is useful because it also includes instructions and a link to the firmware updates.)
