Try this- press the "menu/set" button, then " *2864 " . the *2864 you have to enter within a 2 second window, so you may have to try this more than once. when you hear a long beep, you got it. press "91". you should see "parameter init" on screen. wait for that message to disappear. unplug machine at this point, wait 5 seconds and plug back in. if it comes up with that error again, then you truly have a problem with your fusing unit and will have to have repaired. sometimes though, this error can be caused just by a power outage or fluctuation. if thats the case it should come back up to normal after you successfully do this procedure.
