Hello, I have a big problem with my korg pa800.i was install os 2.02 my sample ram have been disappaired when i have os 1.01 the sample ram was working.. but when i upate the os 2.02 sample was not saving & not working...on the keyboard...sample info"...available memory mono time 0 s & bytes 0...pls help me where i found 64mb ram...please hep me I am from india...thanks in advance

First of all you must use the format file then install os 2.02

After updating the firmware, you likely must do a factory reset. This is probably required so the keyboard will read and decide how much ram actually exists. At this site do the "factory reset" version:
