While i printing the following error is showing my computer " Click here to open the print queue, and then for assitance, click troubleshoot on the help menu

Check how many 1020 drivers are added in your system. if its more than one un install the driver and reload then check.If one driver present check print queue,delete pending queue then try...also check for "VIRUS"..best of luck..
